The sauna
One room, one window, one view
Inside there is a bench for eight, a stove, and a round window that frames Skottinden across the sound. The light changes hour by hour — silver in summer, low and gold in autumn, dark enough in winter that the northern lights come through the glass.
Outside, a cold shower on the deck and steps down into the harbour. Most guests go in twice.
